Shipping Costs:
All orders are shipped via UPS when possible. Shipping charges are calculated
by UPS and also include a packaging and handling fee. Some large or
heavy items such as certain speaker cabinets are cheaper to send by
truck freight. If you think there may be cheaper alternatives to shipping
your order, choose the CALL BACK option in the shipping field and we
will then call you to discuss shipping options.
Shipping Times:
Some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and therefore
may not necessarily ship out the same day the order is placed. Most
orders received by 1:00PM EST will be shipped that day. Shipping days
are considered to be Monday thru Friday only. If an item ships out on
a Friday, Overnight Red Label, it's expected arrival would be the following
Monday.
UPS does not guarantee all delivery times and dates and

Concerning Damaged Goods:
If a package appears to be damaged, crushed, torn, holes in box, etc.,
YOU MUST PUT A NOTE NEAR YOUR SIGNATURE SAYING "POSSIBLE DAMAGE"!
Carriers may not pay any damage claims if this is not done, and Tower
Lighting cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs in shipping.
Be sure to SAVE ALL BOXES AND SHIPPING MATERIALS until you are sure
everything is OK.
In many cases the shipping company will send an inspector
out to look at the items and will need to see the shipping box. If you
feel that the package is damaged beyond use, you have the right to refuse
the package. Contact us immediately for further instructions in the
case of damaged goods.
Returns:
Tower Lighting wants you to be happy with your purchase.
You have 30 days from the day your order shipped out
to decide if you want to keep the items.
ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WRAPPINGS, MANUALS, BLANK WARRANTY CARDS, AND
ACCESSORIES MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURNS.
Missing manuals, materials, or packaging will result is
a 15-25% restocking charge.
You must call or e-mail (info@towerlighting.com) for a Return Authorization
(RA) number and write the RA# on the outside of your return package,
to the right of the shipping label.
ANY PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF
THE BOX WILL BE REFUSED.
You will be given full store credit for any returned items
that are in new original condition. Store credit will be good for one
year from date of issue and you will be mailed a receipt showing the
amount of credit of file.
Tower Lighting cannot under any circumstances refund shipping.
All shipping costs to and from the customer are the sole responsibility
of the customer.
Warranty Service and Repair:
Tower Lighting in most cases will replace any defective or nonfunctioning
items within the first 15 days after you receive it. Call or e-mail for
details. After 15 days repair or service of defective items will be
forwarded directly to the original manufacturers. Please contact us
for manufacturers information regarding service.
Tower Lighting cannot under any circumstance be held liable or accountable
for any damages, loss of income, or subsequent expenses incurred, due
to defective merchandise or delivery of goods.
We are not responsible for typographical, pictorial, or
pricing
errors. Prices and weights are subject to change without notice.
